As a Corporate Insolvency Assistant Manager, you will support senior management in managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and administrations. You will take responsibility for case progression, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and provide high-quality service to both clients and creditors.This role offers the chance to further develop your insolvency expertise while taking on a leadership position within the team, managing junior staff and assisting in complex case matters.Key

Responsibilities

Case Management: Manage a range of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring they are handled in accordance with legal and statutory requirements.Client Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients, creditors, and stakeholders, providing professional advice and regular updates throughout the insolvency process.Team Support: Assist senior management in supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring consistent case progression and quality.Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review statutory documents, creditor reports, and case files, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case administration.Qualifications &

Skills

Experience in corporate insolvency, with a proven track record in managing cases.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.CPI qualification or working towards CPI/ACA/ACCA is an advantage.
