Our client, a reputable family-run main dealer in Northampton, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their successful team. • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm; Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm; one in three Sundays 11:00am - 3:00pm Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Selling new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

• Offering expert advice and in-depth product knowledge

• Providing an engaging and professional sales experience

• Maintaining knowledge of current vehicle models, features, and promotions

• Ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential; full training is provided

• Motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Professional attitude and a customer-focused approach
