Business Development Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a global coffee company. This is a field-based role focused on generating new business and developing long-term customer relationships across the commercial coffee sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and win new business opportunities.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

• Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Personal Requirements

• Previous business development experience within the commercial coffee machine industry.

• Proven track record of winning new business.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

This role is a national role so you must be prepared to travel.

Salary - 40,000k-50,000k + commission
