• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts

• Achieve sales and revenue goals

• Develop long-term customer relationships

• Identify new business opportunities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Collaborate with Operations, Technical Services, Quality, and Customer Service to deliver exceptional customer support

• Develop account strategies and sales forecasts What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in manufacturing

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare packaging experience preferred

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset

• Willingness to travel as needed Background Check & Drug Screening Required
