Oracle ERP Functional Consultant l HR l Payroll l DV Clearance l Public sector l Outside IR35 l £500-£525 PD l 6 months l Remote We're supporting a major public sector transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale business transformation across HR, Payroll and wider corporate services. This role requires an active DV Clearance Key Responsibilities - Gather and analyse business requirements. - Lead stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions. - Configure and optimise Oracle ERP solutions. - Support functional design, testing, deployment and user adoption. - Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive process improvements and best-practice Oracle solutions. Key Skills & Experience - Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant. - Strong Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Payroll experience. - Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes. - Requirements gathering, functional design and UAT support. - Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. - Experience working within complex or regulated environments. This role requires an active DV Clearance Key Responsibilities - Design, build and support cloud infrastructure solutions. - Deploy and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. - Support cloud migration and transformation activities. - Monitor performance, availability and security across cloud platforms. - Work closely with architects, integration teams and functional consultants. - Ensure cloud solutions align with security and governance requirements. Key Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer within large-scale enterprise programmes. - Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). - Knowledge of cloud networking, security and infrastructure services. - Experience supporting cloud migrations and deployments. - Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred). - Experience working within complex or highly regulated environments.
