Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the financial management of the company s capital programme, ensuring accurate monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.

• Conducting formal investment appraisals to assess the financial viability of future development opportunities.

• Providing strategic financial advice to senior management and the company boards.

• Take ownership of liquidity and funding including exploring and negotiating borrowing, grants, capital receipts while ensuring robust risk management.

• Developing financial models and projections, including the 30-year business plan, to support decision-making.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory financial reporting standards including preparing the capital elements of the Statement of Accounts. Lead on capital-related audit queries while ensuring strong internal controls.
