The Manager also serves as project manager for communications initiatives and as a lead collaborator across internal departments to deliver coordinated, equity-centered messaging and campaigns. Essential Functions Brand Stewardship & Content Leadership - 30% - Serve as lead writer and editor for branded content across platforms, including web, email, blog, social media, and printed materials. - Serve as the editor and manager of TSNE's email marketing strategy. - Maintain consistent tone, voice, and brand application across all departments, campaigns, and service areas. - Partner with program and service teams to co-create stories that elevate TSNE's consulting and training, fiscal sponsorship, shared services, property services, and advocacy work. - Develop audience-specific messages for nonprofits, funders, partners, and internal stakeholders. - Lead TSNE's external webinar series, highlighting TSNE's thought leadership and service lines. - In close partnership with the Director, support implementation of internal communications strategies.
