Ab sofort suchen wir in Vollzeit: Data Protection Expert (all genders) Deine Aufgaben: Fachliche Führung des UTA-Datenschutzes mit Steuerung administrativer Datenschutz- und KI-Compliance-Themen Beratung und zentrale Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche und internationale Business Units in allen Fragen des Datenschutzes und der KI-Compliance sowie Koordination mit dem benannten Datenschutzbeauftragten Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung des konzernweiten Datenschutz- und KI-Compliance- Managements einschließlich Dokumentation und Pflege im Compliance-Tool (OneTrust) Datenschutzrechtliche Prüfung und Bewertung von Verträgen, Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Projekten und Anfragen aus Fachbereichen und IT, inklusive Erstellung datenschutzrelevanter Vertragsbestandteile Mitwirkung im Datenschutz-Management, insbesondere bei Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzungen, Interessenabwägungen, Betroffenenanfragen, Datenschutzvorfällen sowie der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen Leitung und Mitarbeit in (Teil-)Projekten zur Umsetzung datenschutzrechtlicher und KI-bezogener Anforderungen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld Konzeption und Durchführung von Awareness- und Schulungsmaßnahmen sowie Onboarding-Aktivitäten zur Stärkung des Datenschutzbewusstseins innerhalb der UTA Dein Profil: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, des Informationsrechts oder vergleichbar mit fundierten Kenntnissen der DSGVO, BDSG, TTDSG und weiterer datenschutzrechtlicher Regelungen und des EU AI Acts Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Datenschutz, idealerweise in einer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe, Anwaltskanzlei oder Datenschutzbehörde Qualifikation oder Zertifizierung im Datenschutz oder im Bereich KI-Governance bzw.
