Candidates should have experience with technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL and Python, alongside an understanding of on-premise lakehouse architectures, data architecture and enterprise systems. As with all of our Tech Lead hires, we're looking for individuals with a strong engineering background who can demonstrate leadership, technical best practice (not just in data engineering!) and an understanding of the wider engineering landscape.
