You will improve how the company recruits and assesses people, build fantastic onboarding, develop the employee lifecycle and coach managers on feedback, performance and line management, to improve employee experience and retention, alongside project work with the COO for Business Operations It is a role for someone comfortable working where things are not defined yet. You will bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy and proactively understand what the business and its people need. Working closely with Finance, you'll troubleshoot issues, support month-end activities, manage system updates and releases, and deliver enhancements that improve business processes. You'll also work alongside internal technical teams and external partners to ensure the platform continues to evolve. There is plenty of opportunity to get involved with Power Platform, Power BI, automation and process improvement, but this is first and foremost a role for someone who understands D365 F&O.
