    Scout is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator on behalf of their client located on the outskirts of Stamford. This role supports all marketing, branding, and communication activities across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver high-quality marketing initiatives. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of technical concepts, critical thinking, and a high sense of urgency and attention to detail. This is a full time permanent position. It is office based and paying a salary of up to 31,000 plus a great non salaried package. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and Execute Marketing Activities: Organize local marketing efforts, including tradeshows, events, advertising, and sponsorships. - Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with product groups and departments to address marketing needs and requests. - Content Management: Proofread, edit, and submit abstracts, papers, and presentations for conferences and industry events. - Event Planning: Assist in planning and delivering regional exhibitions and customer events, ensuring effective business development follow-up. - Collateral Production: Work with the marketing team to create brochures, case studies, presentations, merchandise, and signage. - Social Media Management: Update social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and proper approvals. - Asset Management: Procure and maintain inventory of marketing materials, gifts, and signage for EMEA offices. - Distribution Support: Help distribute assets from video production and graphic design teams. - Market Research: Conduct research to identify regional trends and customer needs. - Internal Communications: Support employee engagement events and internal communications in the UK office. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives. - Administrative Support: Provide logistical and administrative assistance for marketing projects. - Digital Signage Management: Oversee digital signage for the region. - Pre-qualification Support: Cover pre-qualification questionnaires and documentation during peak periods or holidays. Skills and Experience - Strong aptitude for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple projects - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading - Ability to understand technical concepts - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities - Independent worker with a passion for marketing and continuous learning - Ability to interpret and consistently apply policies - Effective stakeholder management - Previous experience in marketing, communications, or events coordination - Professional experience in a business environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) preferred - Experience with social media and digital marketing practices Short listing will start immediately

This role will require you to work directly with their customers, educating them on features, diagnose issues and carry out remote remedial work to the software. Day-to-day, they work with Linux (Debian) and MySQL and this is a great opportunity for those with skills or an interest in these areas. You do not need to have advanced knowlege on these systems as you will be fully supported and trained in this role.
