    Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a permanent Sales Negotiator for our prestigious client based in Erith. Job role: We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a small team that aims to exceed expectations of customers by effectively identifying and matching customer needs in a professional, responsive and effective manner. Maximising the margins generated from every customer opportunity using a combination of upselling, account management, new customer acquisition and cross selling. Key responsibilities: - Handle sales calls to existing customer base with the specific aim of cross selling other products, matching customers current and potential future needs. - Researching, making contact and gaining new customers. - Acquiring new customers via referrals from the existing customer base. - Dealing with customers in a polite and friendly manner, maximising customer retention and exceeding customers expectation of service. - Identifying all correct customer needs and investigating future potential needs through effective accounts management. - Log and provide an effective response and resolution to customer enquiries and requests for information. - Ensure all complaints are handled in a polite and professional manner and are appropriately logged into the complaints system. - Ensure all calls comply in accordance to the company standard including data protection, domestic pricing and the company sales approach. - Recording all customer interactions in line with the company guidelines and standards. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services. - Identifying gaps in knowledge and proactively seeking out resources to learn. - Using IT systems effectively to maximise efficiency. - Reporting to the sales manager. - Adhering to Health, Safety and environmental policy. Requirements: - Proven experience in Sales, account management or customer-facing roles. - A strong understanding of Excel and Outlook. - Attention to detail and highly motivated. - Ability to problem solve.     Premier Work Support are working with a prestigious client based in Basildon who are looking to recruit a permanent Finance Manager . As the Finance Manager you will be pivotal for implementing and leading business initiatives alongside managing the finance team. This will be your role to take ownership of with the focus on delivering a forward-thinking operating model that can be relayed to the business. You will be responsible for: - Analysing operational and financial performance trends. - Challenging existing processes and identify inefficiencies. - Using your vision to implement change, put new initiatives into place and leading the team to achieve these. - Use data to support decision-making and prioritisation. - Identify root causes rather than treating symptoms. - Develop KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics. - Partner with operational teams to improve profitability, productivity and working capital. - Translate financial information into actionable business insights. This role should progressively evolve from transaction processing towards analysis, business partnering and decision support.     An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team based in Medway Towns on a 12-month fixed-term contract , with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. This position would suit someone with previous accounts experience who is organised, accurate and enjoys working in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities - Process sales and purchase orders using SAP. - Raise customer invoices and process supplier invoices. - Accurately code and post financial transactions. - Reconcile customer and supplier accounts. - Resolve customer and supplier queries efficiently. - Liaise with internal departments to resolve transaction issues. - Record bank payments and receipts. - Process multi-currency transactions. - Record company credit card transactions and employee expenses. - Assist with weekly and month-end payment runs (BACS and TT). - Produce monthly aged debtor and creditor reports. - Provide cover and support across the finance team when required. - Undertake additional finance and administrative duties as needed. Requirements - Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role. - Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills. - Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential. As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded with every client contact which will be regular via phone, email and contact. Help maintain the warehouse and ensure it's fully stocked and products are sent in a timely manner to the clients. Following and understanding all the companies policies and procedures and be able to accurately describe product features and benefits.
