    Join us as a Senior Business Analyst The Role To join our Technology division to provide information and system technology services to all business areas in the part of Central Services. Our key objective is to support the policy and operational divisions to meet the stated objectives. The Technology Division structure is designed to reflect the delivery lifecycle for technology. New technologies and investments are planned and designed and then handed over to be built, maintained and run. All of this activity needs to be conducted in a way that ensures information and data is kept secure, for which a separate operating function has been created. Within each tower, there is a tower lead, and a number of Business Analysts and Architects (including Business Architects, Solution Architects, Data Architects etc.) Responsibilities - Oversee/support work prioritisation across the team/wider stakeholders, working closely with the PM, Tech Lead and Team Manager - Help facilitate ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure the tech team remain aligned with product objectives and timelines. - Awareness of operating models (both current and target state) and how to develop and use them on projects / programmes - Experience of working on complex projects and programmes involving broad-based business change - Excellent stakeholder management at all levels; both internally and externally.
