We're supporting a specialist defence customer delivering a Microsoft-based transformation programme within a secure operational environment. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and implementing a proof of value using the existing Microsoft stack, introducing governance, improving project delivery processes and creating an end-to-end operating model. AI will come later, the immediate priority is building robust foundations. The customer is open to a mix of Microsoft architects and engineers who enjoy delivering practical solutions rather than producing documentation alone.
