    We're looking for a Frontend Developer for a central government department based in Exeter (hybrid) on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to 600 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella). This is a hybrid role with some attendance expected (1-2 days per week) at the office in Exeter. The successful Frontend Developer will build responsive, accessible user interfaces backed by internally developed APIs and search indexes in a mixed Azure and AWS environment. You'll work across the full development lifecycle alongside design and product teams, and take part in code reviews, testing and debugging to keep quality high. You'll also maintain existing applications, troubleshoot issues and help streamline deployment through CI/CD and automated testing. You will need proven experience working with the following: React, Next.js and TypeScript HTML, CSS and JavaScript Consuming internal or RESTful APIs Elasticsearch and SQL-style databases Git and cloud deployment (Azure and/or AWS) Experience with PyGeoAPI would be beneficial, as would familiarity with Jira and Confluence.     We're looking for a SOC Manager for a public sector organisation, based remotely, on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to 850 per day (Inside IR35). This is a remote role, with occasional travel if the business requires it. The successful SOC Manager will lead and develop the security operations capability, taking a strategic view of where the function is now and where it needs to go. You'll manage the SOC team, own incident management, and make sure resources are deployed effectively. You'll also drive the security monitoring, threat intelligence and vendor relationships that keep the organisation protected.     We're looking for a Senior Employee Relations Manager for a leading public sector organisation, based in Cambridge (hybrid), on a permanent basis, between 50,000 and 56,500 per year + Great benefits. This is a hybrid role with remote working available and some attendance at the office in Cambridge. The successful Senior Employee Relations Manager will act as deputy to the Head of Employee Relations, allocating casework, line managing a team of ER Advisors and stepping up to cover the Head of ER during periods of absence. You'll provide specialist, high quality advice to senior leaders on complex ER matters, ensuring processes are fair, legally sound and free from litigation risk. You'll also lead on policy development, deliver training and represent management at panels and tribunals as required.
