Your new role As HR Business Partner, you will provide a proactive and professional HR service across a diverse workforce, partnering closely with managers and employees to support organisational objectives. You will play a key role in delivering expert advice on employee relations matters, recruitment, performance management, policy development and employment legislation. You will support organisational change initiatives, contribute to staff engagement and development programmes, assist in driving positive workplace culture, and help ensure HR processes and systems operate effectively. The role will also involve supporting industrial relations activity, analysing HR data and reporting, and contributing to wider HR and organisational development projects.     Role: Interim Senior Commercial Manager (Digital) Length of engagement: Initial 6 months Contract Type: Interim - Full Time Rate : from 575/day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella) Start Date: ASAP Location: London - Hybrid (40% office attendance)CTC Clearance will need to be obtained prior to the start date. We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of a major digital transformation programme within a high-profile public sector organisation. This is a hands-on interim assignment focused on delivering complex, outcome-based digital procurements. You will lead the commercial work stream rather than act as the overall programme manager. You will take ownership of the commercial strategy and delivery of several multi-million-pound digital procurements, helping to drive the programme from strategy through to evaluation and contract award. Your new role - Leading end-to-end public sector digital procurements from strategy through to award and mobilisation. - Developing commercially robust, outcome-based procurement models. - Managing framework competitions and Procurement Act 2023 compliant routes to market. - Drafting procurement documentation, evaluation methodologies and commercial contracts. - Designing pricing models, KPIs, SLAs, performance measures and contract governance arrangements. - Providing commercial expertise and guidance to senior stakeholders and governance boards. - Managing procurement risks, assurance requirements and supplier engagement activities. - Supporting knowledge transfer and capability development across the wider commercial and digital teams. What you'll need to succeed - Significant experience leading high-value public sector digital or technology procurements through the full commercial life cycle. - Strong knowledge of Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015. - Proven experience running framework competitions and drafting tender documentation. - Expertise using CCS/Government Commercial frameworks, including: Digital Outcomes & Specialists (DOS7), Management Consultancy Framework 4 (MCF4) and Technology Services 4 (TS4) - Expertise in developing commercial strategies and translating business requirements into outcome-based procurement solutions. - Experience designing Statements of Work, pricing models, KPIs, SLAs and contract management frameworks. - The ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced environments. - Strong commercial strategy, evaluation and governance experience. - A strong understanding of Agile delivery and digital professional services procurement. - Be eligible to obtain UK CTC clearance.
