    The Role: National Account Manager Salary: £45-£50k base plus company bonus Location: Coventry Status: Hybrid Role About the Role We re looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join a growing team and play a key role in developing long-term client relationships. In this role, you ll act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to support growth and strengthen partnerships. You ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure clients receive outstanding service, innovative solutions, and measurable results.     HR Advisor Northampton 30k - 36k DOE + excellent company benefits Glue Resourcing are supporting one of our Northampton based clients who are looking for an additional HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis. The salary range is based on experience, and applications are open to those with a CIPD Level 3 or a graduate looking for their first step into a HR office, this could be a great opportunity for that. Likewise, if you are an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you to. This role will support the HR Manager and the wider HR team in developing and administrating a high level or HR support across the company. Day to day, you will be: - Providing HR advice, support and guidance to managers and employees, supporting a wide range of people matters in line with company policies and employment legislation. - Supporting ER activities, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and wellbeing cases - Coordinating payroll processes, collating and submitting accurate information within agreed deadlines and responding to payroll related queries where required. - Maintaining employee records and HR administration, ensuring all documentation is accurate, secure and compliant - Managing the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and providing a positive employee experience from day one. - Managing training records and support the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development activities across the business. - Working independently, taking ownership of key HR processes while contributing to the success of the wider HR team and supporting business objectives. To be considered for this opening, you will need to have as a minimum - A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent HR experience gained within a generalist HR environment). - A resilient and proactive nature, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate challenging situations effectively. - The confidence to work independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a wider team. - A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and its practical application in the workplace.
