Our client in the Defence industry is looking for an experienced Technical Author who will ensure documentation aligns with international standards, supports operational interoperability and is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In this role, you will maintain technical documentation in line with Allied Communications Publications (ACP) and relevant NATO STANAGs, interpret and apply complex NATO communication standards and collaborate closely with engineers, SMEs, defence stakeholders and project teams. You will create user manuals, system documentation, operating procedures and training materials. We are looking for someone who has proven experience as a Technical Author/Writer within Defence/Military communications, the ability to interpret technical specifications and standard documentation and a familiarity with document management tools ( e.g. SharePoint and Confluence). This role will require you to be on site 3 days a week in Farnborough. Due to the nature of this role, all candidates must be sole British nationals and eligible to go through SC Clearance.

Our client in the Defence industry is looking for an experienced Application Developer to help design, build and deliver secure digital solutions in highly secure environments. In this role, you will collaborate with the development team, design and implement backend solutions using either Rust, Python or Go, utilise Docker for containerisation and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment. We are looking for someone who has experience building applications using Kotlin Jetpack Compose, utilising GIT for version control, developing PoC applications where requirements change rapidly and with Docker for containerisation. Due to the nature of this role, all candidates must be sole British nationals and eligible to go through SC Clearance.

Our client in the Defence industry is looking for a couple of experienced Platform Engineers to join a small high-performing team to work on a new project dedicated to a product that they have built. In this role you will deploy new solutions in challenging environments and enhance existing platforms. We are looking for someone with experience in Kubernetes, AWS, VMWare, Terraform, GitHub, Go, Rust and Bash. You will need to care about customer outcomes, be comfortable working in a team that deals with ambiguity. You will be on site in Cheltenham 2 days a week and potentially travel to Hereford once a fortnight. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be a sole British national and eligible to go through SC clearance. For this role, you must also be willing to go through DV clearance.

Our client in the Defence Industry is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager who will be managing contracts end to end. In this role you will be managing the full contract lifecycle from drafting to close-out. Throughout the process you will work on bid and tender support, compliance, performance and risk management, stakeholder management, contract dispute resolution and reporting. We are looking for someone who has previous experience working on MOD contracts, or within an MOD environment, with a track record in the bid/tender process negotiating contracts. Experience of commercially establishing and delivering Single Source Competitive Regulation Qualifying Defence Contracts. You must have the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously and be commercially astute and confident operating within MOD contracting structure, including DEFCONs. Our client in the Defence industry is looking for an Asset Coordinator who will be working with teams to implement best practices across the organisation. In this role, you will follow the documented processes for asset and configuration management, be responsible for asset tracking through the entire lifecycle from procurement to disposal, maintain the asset database, gather and maintain essential information such as asset location, asset quantities and audit status. You will also support the Service Asset and Configuration Manager in updating polices and processes. We are looking for someone with previous experience in asset coordination, knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune and Jira Asset Management. You will also need to have the ability to coach and support colleagues on asset management procedures, promoting consistency and best practice across the business. Due to the nature of the role, all candidates must be sole British nationals and eligible to hold SC clearance

Our consultancy client are looking for someone with expertise in energy/power systems with a strong background in data analysis to support business decisions and drive improvement in their clients operations. You will develop and maintain data models, reports and dashboards that provide insights into power system performance and business operations and analyse power system operations and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation. Working with cross functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to power systems and conduct feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis to support the decision making processes. You will assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the reliability and efficiency of power systems and monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations and compliance. Also providing technical expertise and support in evaluation and selection of power system technologies and solutions and prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. For this role you will need to be on site in Wokingham or Warwick 2 days a week and will be inside IR35.
