The Opportunity: As a French Assurance Vie Associate, you will help support the team and its ambitious goals. You will coordinate with internal departments, prepare onboarding paperwork, help create sales deliverables, build new processes, and much more. By becoming a part of the new FIL brokerage team, you will expand your knowledge in both finance and this market and be an essential part of a growing business. You will report to your Team Leader who will aid in your job training and ongoing professional development. The Day-to-Day: - Support FIL wealth engineers and investment counsellors with operational requests (portfolio recommendations, system updates, documentation) to ensure outstanding service to prospects and clients - Ensure we have appropriate documentation from clients to begin their relationship with FIL by partnering with internal departments and requesting necessary documents - Partner with the insurance company to complete administrative and operational requests for clients - Perform ad-hoc projects and brainstorm process improvements to support a growing department Your Qualifications: - A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Native French language proficiency and proficiency in English ( Recruitment process will be in English) - You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email - Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline - You meet challenges head-on. The Fisher Investments Institutional Group (FIIG) serves a global client base of diverse investors, including corporate, public and multi-employer pension funds, foundations and endowments, insurance and financial institutions, and governments. FI currently manages $27B AUM with Responsible Investments/ESG/SRI guidelines (Environmental, Social, Governance/Socially Responsible Investing) for clients around the globe. The Opportunity: As the Responsible Investments (RI) Program Manager, you will lead the lifecycle of FIIG's RI-related investment offerings which today include a diverse set of ESG/Sustainable/Impact/Paris-aligned/SRI branded strategies. Such leadership includes roadmap & product strategy development, competitor research, product design & enhancement, and external positioning. You will collaborate with multiple FIIG teams (New Strategy Development, Engagement, Sales/RFP, Marketing & Content) and firm groups (Portfolio Management Group, Legal Compliance Department, etc). You will understand global ESG investment trends & regulations to ensure the firm's institutional ESG offerings are best positioned to meet current and future client demands. The Opportunity: As the Network Engineer, you will be a part of a team of network experts, managing the network delivery to completion and ensure hand-off to necessary support teams. You will administer aspects of large-scale projects and engineers, tests, documents, and deploys network infrastructure solutions. You will manage technical aspects of assigned projects, including planning and resolving issues. You will work independently to provide technical solutions to solve complex challenges for both IT-facing and business-facing customers. You will also ensure the successful implementation of technology projects by working with Solutions Architecture, Operations, information security, and other departments. You will report to the AVP of Network Infrastructure.
