About the Role As the owner of the AVK Control Valve product range and sales budget, you will play a pivotal role in helping grow market share and driving continued product improvement. You ll provide technical and commercial support across sales, operations, and site services, supporting control valve projects from initial quotation through to delivery and beyond. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the product champion for control valves, supporting colleagues and customers throughout the sales process. - Review technical specifications, drawings, and scopes of work for control valve projects. - Collaborate with our internal supply chain and external customers to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide specialist advice and training internally and externally. - Develop relationships with key decision-makers in water companies and contractors. - Monitor competitor activity and contribute to marketing campaigns. - Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures. About You - Strong technical and commercial understanding of control valves and related products. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage projects and deliver exceptional customer service. - Experience in the water industry or similar technical environment is advantageous.     VACANCY: Regional Sales Manager LOCATION: South West (South Wales, Bristol, Somerset or South West Region) ABOUT US: AVK UK Limited is part of the AVK Group; who are market leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of valves, pipe fittings, hydrants and flow control equipment to the Water, Waste Water, Oil and Gas industries throughout the world. We are looking for a sales driven Regional Sales Manager to join our proactive sales team covering the North of England. You will build and maintain close relationships with our valued customers that leads to sales of products, services and solutions. This is a field sales role, where you will compile imaginative and innovative solutions for our products that will add value to our valued customers and help address their key challenges. We are seeking a temporary Systems Development Assistant to support the development and implementation of workflow and process improvement projects within our EHSWise software platform. EHSWise is a low-code system used to manage business processes, workflows, audits, forms and compliance activities. The successful candidate will quickly learn the system and work with stakeholders across the business to configure and develop a range of improvement projects already identified in our backlog. This is an ideal opportunity for a student studying Computer Science, Software Development, Business Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar discipline, or for an individual seeking a short-term technology-focused assignment. Key Responsibilities - Learn and understand the EHSWise platform and its configuration tools. - Develop and implement workflow solutions within EHSWise. - Build electronic forms, approval processes, dashboards and reports. - Test developed workflows and ensure they function correctly before release. - Create user guidance and simple training materials where required. - Maintain project documentation and track progress against agreed objectives. - Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency improvements.
