Were scaling rapidly and seek a Clinic Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a small team, and optimize operations with unmatched precision. Key Responsibilities - Achieve minimum of $40k/month sales through strategic consultations and upselling. - Perform Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting and all other procedures with technical precision. - Enforce protocols, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction. - Train and manage 12 LHR Technicians for upselling and service excellence. - Support marketing to boost leads and visibility. What We Offer - $18/hour base + commission, with top earners exceeding $80k/year. - Full-time, 80 hours biweekly (TuesdayFriday with alternating Mondays & Saturdays) - Benefits:401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, performance-based incentives, and deep employee discounts on all services after 90 days of employment. - Free medical aesthetic training and ongoing support in a results-driven culture.
