At Alsum Farms & Produce, we believe in always improving, always serving, and always winning together Requirements: POSITION SUMMARY: Receive, store, and distribute merchandise, materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage area to fill shelves, racks, tables, or customers' orders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Stock produce or other merchandise - Unload materials or equipment - Inspect items for damage or defects - Rotate product, first in, first out - Check backroom stock daily and report to store Produce Manager the need to get all product out on the display floor and report happenings to your immediate supervisor - Discuss goods or services information with customer, merchandising team, and/or sales team - Attach identification information to products, items, or containers - Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment - Monitor inventories of products or materials - Set up merchandise displays - Remove debris or damaged produce items - Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - High school diploma or equivalent required REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology - Thorough understanding of merchandising policies and procedures - Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory - Represent Alsum Companies to external customers with professionalism - Self-motivated and able to function as part of a team - Ability to utilize Human Resource Information System (HRIS) software - Valid state motor vehicle license with acceptable motor vehicle record PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: - The ability to move product with a pallet jack, or by cart - Various repetitive movements - Good manual dexterity to perform required duties - Exposure to airborne particles or fumes - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times - Must wear safety glasses and hearing protection in designated areas Work Schedule: - Monday - Saturday - 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (or until the day's work is completed) PId65ab95aba9c-6648

    Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Auto Grader Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining automated grading equipment to ensure potatoes are sorted accurately based on size, weight, and quality. This role also involves quality control, routine maintenance, safety compliance, and collaboration with team members to meet production goals. specifications. Always improving. Always serving.
