Senior Executive & Board Compensation Consultant
Job Description
Legacy Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead design and administration of executive and board compensation programs. In this role, you will analyze market data, model pay scenarios, and ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant programs across our nonprofit health system. You will advise senior leaders, support incentive plan design, and prepare materials for executive and board review. Partner cross-functionally with HR, finance, and legal to align compensation strategy with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and our mission-driven, patient-first culture.
Responsibilities

Design and administer executive and board compensation programs

Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and data tools

Model salary, incentive, and total rewards scenarios for senior leadership

Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and internal policies

Develop and maintain compensation structures, ranges, and governance documentation

Prepare materials and analyses for executive and board review and approvals

Partner with HR, finance, and legal on compensation strategy and programs

Provide expert guidance to leaders on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments

Support design and administration of short- and long-term incentive plans

Monitor compensation trends and recommend enhancements to remain competitive Required Skills
