Sales Coordinator

Weyerhaeuser is seeking an HIW Sales Coordinator in Santa Clarita to support sales of our high-integrity wood products. In this role, you will manage orders, pricing, and inventory, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and support field sales representatives and key accounts. You will coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and resolve issues quickly. Responsibilities

• Coordinate HIW sales activities, including order entry, pricing, and tracking for Santa Clarita customers

• Support field sales reps and key accounts with quotes, product information, and status updates

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards using CRM and Excel

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries

• Resolve order, shipment, and invoicing issues in partnership with customer service and operations

• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM and ERP systems

• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to support revenue and margin goals
