    We are working with a growing wastewater solutions company that provides maintenance, refurbishment and support services for critical water and wastewater infrastructure. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive new service contract opportunities across local authorities, industrial businesses, leisure facilities and the water sector. The Role You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award. Working closely with technical teams, you'll promote planned maintenance, reactive support and asset optimisation services. Key Responsibilities - Develop new business and secure service contracts. - Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations and tenders. - Build relationships with key decision-makers across target sectors. - Carry out customer visits to identify service opportunities. - Work with operational teams to deliver commercially successful solutions. - Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM. The Role: Working as part of the wider finance and operations teams, you will provide essential administrative support across accounts, purchasing, stock management, and reporting processes.
