About the role We're looking for an experienced Data Lead to join our ERP transformation programme on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role would suit a seasoned transformation professional with a strong track record of leading complex ERP data programmes within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Working closely with the Finance Data Lead and wider Project team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, governance, quality and migration of non-financial data across KP Snacks. Covering areas such as Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing and Customer data, you'll play a critical role in ensuring data is accurate, governed effectively and ready for a successful transition into our new ERP platform. You'll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams, helping to shape the future of how data supports our business. Here's a flavour of what we offer: - Competitive annual salary, annual salary review and annual bonus opportunity (target 7.5%), plus a £6,000 car allowance. - KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions - 25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years' service - Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme - Electric Vehicle Car Scheme, supporting more sustainable and cost-effective travel - KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support - Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life What will you be doing? - Lead the non-financial data workstream across our ERP transformation programme Define and deliver the data strategy for manufacturing, supply chain, operations and customer data, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, business requirements and implementation timelines - Drive data governance, quality and migration activities Lead data cleansing, validation, mapping and migration activities whilst establishing governance frameworks, data standards and controls that ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the programme lifecycle - Build strong relationships across KP Snacks and the wider programme Partner with business leaders, functional teams, subject matter experts and Group stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, communicate progress and drive successful delivery - Provide leadership across multiple data workstreams Coordinate cross-functional activities, prioritise complex dependencies, manage risks and issues, and create an environment of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement - Support ERP integration and future data capability Work closely with technical teams to support data architecture, master data management, system integration and the adoption of best practice data management approaches across the organisation We'd love to hear from you if you can bring: - ERP data transformation expertise Proven experience leading data workstreams within large-scale ERP transformation programmes, including data migration, governance, cleansing and business readiness activities within a manufacturing, FMCG or consumer packaged goods environment - Strong data governance and quality knowledge Experience establishing data governance frameworks, master data standards and data quality controls, with a clear understanding of how accurate data supports business operations and transformation success - ERP platform experience Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms and data migration tools. Recent Infor M3 and Infor Data Management experience would be highly advantageous, although experience with other major ERP platforms will also be considered - Technical and analytical capability Strong understanding of ERP data structures, ETL processes, SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI, with the ability to turn complex data challenges into practical business solutions - Leadership and stakeholder management skills Able to influence senior stakeholders, build strong relationships across functions and lead multiple cross-functional workstreams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex transformation environment Qualifications & Experience - Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - Significant experience leading data delivery within ERP transformation programmes - Experience working in complex business environments where data accuracy is critical to operational success - DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) qualification is highly desirable - PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar project management qualification would be advantageous - Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or consumer packaged goods organisations is preferred Our purpose At KP Snacks, we're passionate about creating happy snacking moments through our great tasting snacks and iconic brands.
