HR Manager Fixed Term Contract Hayes, West London £60,000 per annum Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a broad role where you can really make a difference?

We re working with an established international business looking for an HR Manager to take ownership of the UK HR function on a fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys being a hands-on HR Business Partner , working closely with senior leaders and managers and having real influence across the business.

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist with:

• 5+ years' HR experience , ideally at HR Manager level.

• CIPD Level 5 qualification.

• Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge.

• A broad HR background covering recruitment, performance, training and employee engagement.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• The confidence to influence and advise managers at all levels.

• A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.

• Experience within retail, FMCG, consumer or an international/matrix organisation would be advantageous.

• Ideally you will be immediately available What you'll be doing

• Take ownership of the day-to-day UK HR function and provide trusted advice to managers and employees.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and offboarding .

• Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent, succession and organisational development .

• Lead on employee relations matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice.

• Manage the annual performance review process and support employee engagement initiatives.

• Oversee HR compliance, policies, employee records and Right to Work requirements.

• Support training and development programmes and identify key training needs.

• Work closely with the business on Health & Safety and employee wellbeing.

• Monitor HR metrics and provide insight and reporting to senior stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with international HR colleagues on wider HR projects and initiatives.
