As a Group Financial Controller in the FMCG industry based in West Yorkshire, you'll oversee the financial operations and ensure accurate reporting to support the company's goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the finance function, improving processes and controls, and supporting the wider growth strategy of the Group.

Description

• Manage and oversee group financial reporting and compliance processes.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.

• Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.

• Lead and develop the finance team to meet organisational objectives.

• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

• Monitor cash flow and financial performance across the group.

• Implement and improve financial systems and controls.

Profile

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

• Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

• Strong background in financial reporting and compliance or industry relevant finance functions.

• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of the FMCG/Manufacturing industry would be an advantage.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from 80,000 to 90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
